One of our Duck Rides Directors may be in touch with you to remind you about our policies. After 3 no shows, you will not be able to use the service for the remainder of the term. If this continues to be an issue the following term, you may not be able to use the service for the remainder of the academic year.

Rider Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel a ride, please call us 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled ride.  We understand that things come up last minute but in order for our program to be effective as possible and to give other potential riders a ride, we would like you to cooperate with this policy. You will not be added to our  late cancellation list if you call within this time frame. Should this policy of the Duck Rides Program not be followed, you should expect a phone call from one our Program Directors and they will review our policies with you. After 3 late cancellations, you will not be able to use the Duck Rides Program for the remainder of the term.
